1. Website purpose
This website introduces Circles Ontario Inc and its independent Canadian digital consulting and advisory services. It helps visitors understand the service areas, contact options, process and relevant business policies.
Website descriptions are general. A visit, email link or initial enquiry does not establish a client relationship, confirm availability or authorize work.
2. Agreeing an engagement
Before services begin, the scope, intended deliverables, responsibilities and timing should be confirmed directly. Any engagement-specific terms should be provided in writing so both parties understand the work being agreed.
A change in requirements may affect the work needed. Additional work or a change to deliverables must be discussed and agreed; it is not automatically included because a related service appears on the website.
3. Nature of the services
Consulting consists of guidance, analysis and professional recommendations based on the engagement and information available. It may cover website presentation, digital tools, platforms, processes or strategy.
Implementation, platform administration or setup assistance is included only where explicitly agreed. Specific results are not guaranteed; outcomes can depend on implementation, external systems and client circumstances.
4. Client information and responsibilities
Clients should supply accurate, relevant information and ensure they have authority to share materials or provide access used for an engagement. Any access arrangements should be discussed directly through an appropriate process.
You remain responsible for business decisions, the use of recommendations and the materials you provide. Do not send passwords or sensitive third-party records through an initial website enquiry.
5. Lawful website use and materials
Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, introduce malicious material, bypass access controls or obtain information without authorization.
Website content and branding should not be copied or republished without permission except where permitted by law. Materials supplied by a client remain subject to the relevant ownership and permitted-use arrangements.
6. External systems and independent status
Circles Ontario Inc operates independently. References to types of tools or platforms do not establish endorsement, representation or an official relationship with their providers.
External services have their own terms, availability and practices. Their behaviour may change outside the control of a consulting engagement. Any dependency that materially affects agreed work should be discussed directly.
7. Changes, cancellation and concerns

Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about an engagement should be resolved using the agreed terms and the applicable circumstances.
